Summary
This study tests whether adding an antibody drug called hu14.18K322A to standard chemotherapy helps shrink or eliminate high-risk neuroblastoma in children and teens aged 1.5 to 18 years. The trial will enroll 144 participants across multiple countries to measure how many achieve a complete or partial response, and to monitor side effects.
