Summary
This study tests an experimental tablet called HTMC0658 in 30 adults with chronic sinusitis (without nasal polyps). The goal is to see if the drug can reduce sinus inflammation and improve symptoms like congestion and facial pain. Participants will take the tablet for 12 weeks and have CT scans and symptom checks to measure results.
