Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HT-6184 in adults with a low-risk form of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) who have anemia (low red blood cells). The goal is to see if the drug can improve blood counts and reduce the need for transfusions. Participants take the drug for 16 or 32 weeks and are closely monitored for safety and response.
