Summary
This study tests a new tablet called HSK44459 for people with progressive pulmonary fibrosis, a condition where lung scarring worsens over time. The trial will include 378 adults and measure changes in lung function after one year. Participants may or may not be taking other anti-fibrotic medications. The goal is to see if the drug can slow disease progression and is safe.
