Summary
This early-stage study is testing an experimental oral drug called HSK42360-Na in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific BRAF V600 gene change. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see how the body processes it. About 159 participants whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will take the drug daily, and researchers will monitor side effects and tumor response.
