Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HS-10542 in people with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease that can lead to kidney failure. About 90 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage. The goal is to control the disease and prevent it from getting worse.
