New drug tested to help liver regrow after cancer surgery
NCT ID NCT06638502
Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called HRX215 is safe for people recovering from surgery to remove colon cancer that has spread to the liver. Researchers will give HRX215 or a placebo (inactive pill) to 25 patients twice daily for 28 days after their operation. The main goal is to check for side effects and see how the body processes the drug, while also observing if it helps the liver recover after surgery.
