Summary
This study tests a new drug called HRS-9813 in 270 adults with pulmonary fibrosis (IPF or PPF), a condition where lung tissue scars and makes breathing hard. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it improves lung function and is safe. The goal is to slow disease progression and help people breathe easier.
