First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This early-stage study tested a new injectable drug, HRS-9057, in 25 adults with heart failure who still had fluid buildup despite taking water pills. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and helps the body remove extra fluid compared to a standard pill (tolvaptan). Participants received either the injection or the pill, and researchers tracked side effects, urine output, and fluid balance.
