Summary
This study tested a new drug called HRS-7535 in 284 adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar was not well controlled by diet and exercise alone. Participants received either the drug or a placebo for 32 weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug lowered blood sugar levels (HbA1c) more than placebo, with secondary goals including weight loss and safety.
