Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called HRS-5632 in about 200 adults who have high levels of lipoprotein(a), a fatty substance in the blood that raises the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo to see if the drug safely lowers their lipoprotein(a) levels. The goal is to find a new way to manage heart disease risk in people who don't respond well to standard treatments.
