Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (HRS-4642) to standard chemotherapy can shrink locally advanced pancreatic tumors enough to allow surgery. About 30 adults with a specific gene mutation (KRAS G12D) will receive the combination. The goal is to see how many tumors respond and to monitor safety.
