New drug targets Hard-to-Treat cancers with RAS mutations

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called HRS-2329 in people with advanced solid tumors that have RAS mutations or amplifications. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how the drug moves through the body. About 120 adults aged 18-75 who have tried standard treatments without success can join.
