Summary
This completed Phase 1 study enrolled 24 adults aged 18-65, including people with mild or moderate kidney impairment and healthy volunteers. Researchers measured how the drug HRS-1893 moves through the body and is cleared, to help determine the right dose for patients with kidney problems. The study did not test the drug's effect on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy itself.
