Kidney function's impact on heart drug tested in small study
NCT ID NCT06775834
Summary
This study looked at how HRS-1893, an experimental tablet for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, behaves in people with different levels of kidney function. Researchers compared drug levels in 24 participants—some with mild to moderate kidney problems and some with healthy kidneys—to understand how kidney function affects the drug. The goal was to gather information that could help determine appropriate doses for patients with kidney impairment.
