Summary

This very early study (Phase 1) will give a single dose of a radioactive-labelled drug called HRS-1780 to 6 healthy men. The goal is not to treat disease but to track exactly how the drug is absorbed, broken down, and eliminated from the body. Results will help design future studies for chronic kidney disease.
