First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at how the Gardasil-9 HPV vaccine changes the virus's ability to infect cells in women who already have HPV16. About 50 women aged 18-45 will get two vaccine doses and provide urine and blood samples over 24 months. The goal is to see if the vaccine reduces the virus's infectivity and to track immune responses in urine.
