Summary
This study tests whether the HPV vaccine can prevent the return of high-grade precancerous lesions in people who have already been treated for them. About 984 participants aged 18 to 55 with HPV-related lesions in the cervix, vulva, vagina, penis, or anus will receive either the vaccine or a placebo. The goal is to see if vaccination reduces the chance of the same type of lesion coming back.
