Summary
This study aims to measure how well the HPV vaccine prevents cervical cancer in real-world conditions in Sikkim, India. Researchers will compare HPV infection rates in 5,500 women aged 18-22, seven years after the vaccination program began, to rates before the program. The results will help public health authorities understand the vaccine's effectiveness in preventing cervical cancer at a population level.
