At-Home test aims to catch cervical cancer early for thousands of women
NCT ID NCT06942286
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple, at-home self-collection kit can help more women in Indonesia get screened for the human papillomavirus (HPV), the main cause of cervical cancer. About 8,000 women aged 30-69 will use the kit and receive their results. Women who test positive for high-risk HPV will get follow-up exams and treatment if needed, to prevent cancer from developing.
