New vaginal insert aims to clear persistent HPV in women

Summary
This study tests a vaginal insert called ABI-2280 to see if it can clear persistent high-risk HPV infections in women aged 25 to 55. Participants have had HPV for at least a year with no serious cervical changes. The study checks safety and how well the insert works compared to a placebo.
