Summary
This study looks at how different message wordings affect whether patients review their electronic health records (EHRs) and report any errors they find. About 3,000 adults who already use their patient portal will take a short survey, review their records, and answer follow-up questions. The goal is to learn which messages work best to encourage error discovery and reporting, improving patient safety.
