Summary
This study aims to understand how the nasal spray flu vaccine affects immune tissues in the nose and throat. Researchers will give the FDA-approved nasal flu vaccine or no vaccine to children already scheduled for tonsil/adenoid removal surgery for sleep apnea. They will then examine the removed tissue to see how the vaccine changes immune cells in these areas.
