First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at how different diets affect the bladder in 13 healthy adults. Participants followed a special diet for 12 weeks, then switched to an opposite diet for another 12 weeks. Researchers checked urine and bladder cells after each diet to see if food can change bladder health markers. The goal was to learn, not to treat any disease.
