Summary
This study looked at how being dehydrated affects young soccer players' abilities. Researchers tested 75 teenage boys under two conditions: when they were normally hydrated and when they were mildly dehydrated. They measured how well the players could pay attention, move skillfully, and perform soccer-specific tasks like passing and shooting.
