Summary
This study aims to understand how auditory training (listening exercises) can help people, especially older adults, understand speech when there is background noise. Researchers will study 1,260 participants aged 18-30 and 60-85 to see which training methods work best and how personal traits affect results. Participants will complete listening tasks, speech tests, and surveys. The goal is to gather reliable data to improve hearing support for those who struggle in noisy environments.
