Can a simple tool save lives in hospitals?

Summary
This study looks at whether a new tool can help doctors choose the right level of medical care for hospitalized patients. About 20 doctors will be split into groups and slowly start using the tool over time. The main goal is to see if using the tool changes how many patients survive during their hospital stay and up to 90 days after leaving.
