Summary

This study aims to understand how technology influences hospital staff behavior and patient safety to prevent accidental falls. Researchers will observe up to 200 staff members over a year in two hospitals, watching how they use current fall prevention systems. The goal is to learn why some prevention efforts fail and to gather better information for designing future safety technology.
