Summary
This study aimed to understand the real-world challenges and best practices for preventing accidental falls in hospitalized patients who have temporary or permanent cognitive impairment, like confusion or memory loss. Researchers gathered experiences from doctors, nurses, and therapists by having them participate in simulated scenarios and group discussions. The goal was to collect evidence to help design better fall-prevention strategies for future testing.
