Summary
This study aims to understand how gender-affirming hormone therapy affects heart health and cardiovascular risk over time. Researchers will follow 450 transgender individuals starting or already on hormone therapy, using advanced heart imaging and blood tests. The goal is to gather important safety information to help patients and doctors make informed decisions about treatment.
