NCT ID NCT06851754

Summary

This study is testing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in adolescent girls aged 11-19 who have premature ovarian insufficiency, a condition causing early menopause. Researchers want to find the best doses and methods to improve bone strength, heart health, and overall well-being over two years. The study will compare the girls receiving HRT to healthy volunteers of the same age.
