HopeMove app shows promise in reducing fatigue for teens battling cancer

Summary
This study tested a mobile app called HopeMove designed to help teenagers (ages 13-18) who are undergoing cancer treatment become more physically active. The app provides guided home exercises and tracks symptoms. Fifteen teens used the app for four weeks, and researchers measured how usable and satisfying the app was, as well as its effect on fatigue. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and helpful for managing tiredness during treatment.
