NCT ID NCT07400770

Summary

This study is testing whether a special nursing program focused on building hope can help elderly patients recover better after hip fracture surgery. About 112 patients aged 60+ will be randomly assigned to receive either this hope-based care or standard postoperative care. The program includes personalized counseling and goal-setting to improve patients' mood, reduce pain, and help them regain mobility over a two-week period.
