NCT ID NCT07548645
First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a daily supplement called HOP Box can improve markers of biological aging and overall health in women aged 35 to 60. Thirty-five women will take the supplement twice a day for 90 days, and researchers will measure changes in biological age, sleep, heart health, and quality of life. There is no placebo group, so results will be compared to each participant's own starting measurements. The goal is to gather early data for a larger future trial.
