Could honey beat standard care for painful mouth lesions?

Summary
This study compares a honey-based paste to a standard steroid treatment for people with painful mouth sores from oral lichen planus. About 56 adults aged 35-60 will use the treatment daily for 4 months and report their pain and satisfaction. The goal is to see if honey can control symptoms and improve quality of life as well as or better than the usual medicine.
