Summary
This study tests a 10-week program called HomeStyles, adapted for Chinese American adults, to see if it helps them eat better, be more active, and lower their risk for heart disease and diabetes. About 400 adults of Chinese heritage living in the New York/New Jersey area who have a cardiometabolic condition (or live with someone who does) will take part. The program focuses on changing home environments and lifestyle habits through culturally tailored guidance.
