NCT ID NCT05896852

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a six-month, home-based walking program can improve blood sugar, cholesterol, and body measurements in people with and without HIV who have metabolic syndrome. About 50 adults will gradually increase their walking as tolerated. The main goal is to see if the program is acceptable and easy to stick with, while also checking for changes in metabolic health.
