Summary
This study aims to see if recovering at home is as good as staying in the hospital for older adults after a sudden illness. It will also test a home-based program of physical and mental exercises to help improve strength, thinking skills, and overall recovery after leaving the hospital. Researchers will compare this special program to the usual care people receive after going home.
