Summary
This study tested whether using home sensors and remote monitoring could help elderly people with multiple chronic health problems live safely at home. Researchers wanted to see if this technology could reduce unplanned hospital visits by catching health problems early. The study involved over 500 participants aged 65+ who had been recently hospitalized and had at least two chronic conditions.
