First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special monitor placed under the mattress can help doctors better adjust a mouthpiece for obstructive sleep apnea. About 70 adults with sleep apnea will use the monitor at home while their mouthpiece is fine-tuned. The goal is to see if the monitor makes it easier to find the right setting, reducing breathing pauses and improving sleep quality.
