NCT ID NCT07492992
First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at whether people with type 1 diabetes can safely start using an advanced hybrid closed-loop insulin pump system at home instead of in the hospital. About 80 adults will receive online training, a home visit from a nurse to set up the pump, and remote monitoring every two weeks. Researchers will track blood sugar control, quality of life, and healthcare costs over 12 months.
