Summary
This study looks at whether people with Parkinson's disease can safely follow a home exercise program using video instructions. Fifteen participants will exercise at home while a camera monitors their movements and gives real-time feedback. The goal is to see if this approach helps them stay active and improve motor function without major side effects.
