Summary
This study looked at whether a home-based exercise program could help people with head and neck cancer maintain movement, muscle strength, and good posture while undergoing radiation therapy. 24 adults who had surgery for squamous cell carcinoma and were scheduled for radiation took part. The goal was to see if simple exercises could reduce common side effects like stiffness and weakness.
