Home workouts after neck shots: a Game-Changer for chronic pain?

NCT ID NCT07506785

First seen Apr 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding an 8-week home exercise program after a steroid injection in the neck can help people with long-term neck and arm pain feel better and move easier. About 60 adults aged 18-70 with chronic cervical radiculopathy will be split into two groups: one gets the injection alone, the other gets the injection plus a guided home exercise plan. The goal is to see if the exercises improve pain, disability, sleep, and quality of life more than the injection alone.
