Summary
This study aims to adapt and test a Turkish version of an international home health assessment tool for elderly care. Researchers will work with 36 caregivers of people aged 65+ in Kars, Turkey, to see if the tool is reliable and useful for planning care. The goal is to create a better system for understanding seniors' needs to improve their care and quality of life at home.
