NCT ID NCT07273578

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at whether people with uncontrolled high blood pressure could lower their numbers by monitoring their blood pressure at home. 70 adults with hypertension were split into two groups: one group used a home monitor for 5 days each month, while the other group received usual care. Researchers tracked changes in blood pressure over several months to see if home monitoring made a difference.
