Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week home-based leg muscle power training program can improve muscle strength, balance, and fall confidence in older adults aged 65 to 80. Forty participants will be split into an exercise group and a control group. The goal is to see if simple home exercises can help seniors maintain independence and reduce fall risk.
