Summary
This study tested a smartwatch app called holly™ that tracks children's emotional arousal levels and sends alerts to parents. 126 children with strong emotional responses (like outbursts or meltdowns) wore the watch for three weeks at home. The goal was to see if families found the app useful and if it helped improve the child's quality of life and emotional wellbeing.
