New hope for hodgkin lymphoma: study tests smarter drug combos after relapse
NCT ID NCT07572123
First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at two groups of people whose Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or not responded to first treatment. For standard-risk patients, it compares a new drug combo (brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab) after radiation to the usual high-dose chemo and stem cell transplant. For high-risk patients, it adds pembrolizumab after the usual transplant to see if it works better. The goal is to improve cancer control and delay or prevent the cancer from returning.
