Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called HN2301 in 6 adults with generalized myasthenia gravis, a disease that causes muscle weakness. The treatment uses modified immune cells (CAR-T cells) to target and reduce harmful antibodies. The main goal is to check safety and see how the body responds, not yet to cure the disease.
