Summary
This study tested a new drug called HMPL-453 tartrate, alone or with chemotherapy or another drug, in 190 adults with advanced solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to check safety and see if the drug could shrink tumors or slow their growth. While not a cure, the approach aims to control the disease and improve outcomes for people with certain genetic changes.
